CSS_DynamicCompressor simply takes all provided CSS files, merges them all together and compresses them via gzip to reduce their total file size.

So instead of X number of files, the website will load only one single file.

This will reduce the number of HTTP requests needed to load stylesheets on their site, speeding up stylesheet data delivery and CSS loading at the same time.
